MaintainX is an AI-powered platform revolutionizing equipment maintenance and asset management for industrial operations. Its advanced tools reduce downtime, optimize workflows, and enhance decision-making—while focusing on augmenting, not replacing, human capabilities.

The company has raised $150 million in a Series D funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Amity Ventures, and D.E. Shaw Ventures. The investment doubles MaintainX’s valuation to $2.5 billion.

MaintainX, headquartered in San Francisco, California, was founded in 2018 by Chris Turlica, Hugo Dozois-Caouette, Mathieu Marengère-Gosselin, and Nick Haase. The company joined the unicorn club in 2023 and now serves over 11,000 organizations worldwide, helping manage more than 11 million assets. Its platform supports industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and energy—bringing modern AI-powered tools to the world’s 2.7 billion deskless workers. With its latest funding, MaintainX aims to accelerate product innovation, expand globally, and redefine how critical infrastructure is maintained—driving industrial operations toward a smarter, more connected future.
