Juniper Square is a software platform that streamlines investment management for commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital firms. It enables GPs and LPs to build stronger relationships and manage investments more effectively through modern, integrated tools. By replacing fragmented systems and manual workflows, Juniper Square helps firms operate with greater transparency, efficiency, and scale.
Juniper Square has raised $130 million in a Series D round at a $1.1 billion valuation. The new round was led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from Fifth Wall, Redpoint Ventures, HighSage Ventures, Blue Owl Capital, and others. Juniper Square plans to use the funding to further develop JunieAI — the first enterprise-grade AI solution designed specifically to meet the needs of private markets GPs.
Juniper Square, headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States, was founded in 2014 by Adam Ginsburg, Alex Robinson, and Yonas Fisseha. "The private markets are undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation driven by two tsunamis of change: the rise of the retail investor and the breakthrough potential of AI," says Alex Robinson, CEO and Co-Founder at Juniper Square. "Our mission is to equip GPs with the technology and services they need to thrive in this new era. With JunieAI, we're helping our customers stay ahead—turning disruption into opportunity across every facet of work inside of the modern GP."
