Cyera has raised $300 million in a Series D funding round, increasing the company’s valuation to $3 billion. The new round was led by Accel and Sapphire Ventures, with participation from Sequoia, Redpoint, Coatue, and Georgian Partners. In total, Cyera has raised $760 million to date.

Cyera, New York, New York, United States, was founded in 2021 by Tamar Bar-Ilan and Yotam Segev. In April 2024, the company joined the unicorn club. “Data security has become the top priority for businesses as they navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving data landscape shaped by the rise of AI,” said co-founder and Chief Executive Yotam Segev. “This funding enables us to continue accelerating platform development, attracting world-class talent in R&D, sales and marketing, and strategically acquiring solutions that align with our vision for the future of data security.”
